Bio
Dr. Yang Xiao is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Kentucky. He is the principal investigator of Secure Decentralized Systems Lab (SDSL) in the same department. Yang's research area is network and information security, focusing on the security and privacy issues in decentralized systems/applications, distributed computing systems, and mobile communication networks. Yang received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2022. Before that, he received his bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) and master's degree from University of Michigan.
